I usually sleep next to my iphone but today woke up my head laying on it.now i have a weird sensation in my ear and right side of my brain as if it was heated. should i be concerned and refer to a doctor or nothing serious. worried about radiation ?

Probably ok: It's not possible to predict if one cell phone, machine, or appliance will cause a cancer in a particular person, unless that person is proven to be getting huge amounts of radiation from the appliance.
