Regularity: Need regular sleep time and wake up time, cool, dark,quiet , comfy place.Avoid caffine after noon, exercise before evening. 400-500mg magnesium gluconate , thronate or citrate may help . Melatonin can be added up to 10-20mg if mg not helpful enough . If that is not helpful PCP could prescribe trazodone -safe and helpful and supports sleep cycle but try mg and melatonin 1st .
