Clinical presentation of significant headache, known seizure disorder, & acute abdominal pain is worrisome. Absence of a BP device complicates diagnosis. The best course of action is to seek professional evaluation & expedited visit to an UC or ER is recommended. Call to the patient’s PCP should be attempted, but plans for a physical evaluation should not be delayed if PCP not readily available

Blood pressure cannot be measured without a blood pressure device, your friend should be on anti seizure meds and his stomach pain may or may not be related to his seizures. Best would be to have him checked by his neurologist or primary care doc.
