Basal skull fracture: Your description is consistent with a badal skull fracture. You should see yoiur doctor asap and have a cat scan to evaluate this.

I'd recommend u: Go to the er asap because your symptoms suggest a severe blow to the brain, possible skull fracture and rupture of the meninges- the superficial lining of the brain. You'd need imaging studies. Take care!
