Go to ER: If you had seizure and this is new onset. You need to get proper Rx to prevent recurrence. Otherwise your symptoms appears like Migraine headache episode. So in that case also should get examined soon.

Advice: Have only your brief description, but you comment on an episode of possible "seizure" activity, facial tingling, and bad "Pressure feeling". Cannot easily pin down diagnosis from this sketch, but certainly you need to contact a doctor ASAP, and track down what is occurring. Do NOT delay, get this investigated. Hope this helps.
