Need caution.: The blood thinners could promote intracranial bleeding in the presence of a head injury, and the pain could be a sign of problems. In this case, head to ER and get imaging. Also, ongoing epileptic seizures can be controlled, so, talk about this with your neurologist. Lastly anticoagulants and anti-epileptic drugs can have adverse drug interactions and this needs focus.
