Several thoughts: More often than not a pressure feeling in the head, as opposed to a headache, is likely due to anxiety. High BP can feel like pressure, so you should check yours But if the pressure seems to be increasing in intensity, frequency or lasting longer you should consult your physician, in the unlikely event it is something more serious.
