Probably no problem but each case is different. Follow whatever instructions your doctor gave about it. Observe the infected site daily the next few days and contact the doctor's office if swelling, redness, pain, or drainage are not continuing to improve, or if they get worse.

If the wound is healing well and there's no sign of continued redness,pain,tenderness or drainage,I think there should be no concern. Of course your breast surgeon is best to advise you.
