Sinus infection keeps coming back. have had sinus infection for two months. i got covid 3 weeks ago at the time also had a sinus infection. i was on antibiotics sinus infection improved. 3 days after stopping it came back. are 2 rounds needed ever?

Your options are a round of a more potent antibiotic for 2 weeks, a ct scan of the paranasal sinuses to determine their status or consult an otolarngologist for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
