It is not uncommon to req a second round of antibiotics especially as your condition was complicated by having Covid. Good Luck

Discuss the use of an inhaled nasal steroid with your physician. Nasal saline rinses are often helpful in keeping sinus passages clear. The use of antibiotics for more than two weeks may be necessary. Watch for signs of facial swelling, fever and headache. Post COVID secondary bacterial sinusitis can occur. Keep all vaccinations up to date, including COVID 19.

I agreevwith the other physicians that you need further treatment. In my experience full fledged paranasal sinusitis is very often undertreated. Your options are a round of a more potent antibiotic for 2 weeks, a ct scan of the paranasal sinuses to determine their status or consult an otolarngologist for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
