Probably not.: Casey, You seem healthy and take few meds, that's a good starting point, but antibiotics are tricky. If you did not take a full course, the infection MAY now be resistant. (Many doctors avoid antibiotics for acute sinusitis for this reason.) In general if you have fevers you probably need to see a practitioner otherwise OTC nasal treatments may help-I favor saline- not drying treatments
