Your age suggests thus could be a biomechanical problem Do you probate? Do you have have femoral anteversion or knock kneed. This can place the knee joint in an abnormal position thus abnormal function. A podiatrist trained in biomechanics can help access prior to requiring surgery. I feel being able to delay needing surgery is a benefit.
