I got my flu shot 3 days ago, i bled and it's bruised now but about an inch down there's a swollen red part. it's not hot or aggressive red but it's tender, is it related? concern?

It is a local reaction from the injection. Not unusual. If the redness grows larger and extends more then have someone look at it, otherwise put warm compress over the area to increase the circulation and aid the healing process.
