One bite is probably unlikely to do much harm. You may get a little diarrhea if it does not agree with you. Also it is unlikely to harm your baby. Continue your normal diet and drink plenty of fluids to keep hydrated.

As long as you can breath through both nostril you are probably OK. If you are concern you can get an x-ray to see if it is out of alignment. Follow up with your ENT as needed.
