The low iron might be more or less significant depending on your iron binding capacity but ultimately, as long as you are not anemic which is defined by a low hemoglobin (Hb) or Hematocrit (Hct) its not a concern. If anemia is present , iron supplementation usually helps but the reason for the anemia needs to be determined. Eat your spinach.
