Please try not to use uncommon abbreviations. -BFS. Why did you get an MRI? . If you have memory loss at your age you should see a neurologist

Have no clue what BFS means, and you provide no information about the reason for MRI, other than "memory problems". Your images could be congenital, or secondary to dehydration. Your memory issues could be due to a learning disorder, vitamin deficiency, medication side effects, depression, use of recreational drugs, thyroid issues, etc. Discuss these issues with your doctor.
