A member asked:

Mri meaning? "prominent cerebral sulci, cerebral folia, cisternal spaces & ventricles, suggestive of age related changes. few punctuate flair hyperintensities in bilateral periventricular white matter, suggestive of small vessel ischaemic changes"

Doubt this is your MRI at age 32, as this would be normal findings of aging. There is some brain atrophy and signs of microvascular angiopathy (hardening of the arteries), all of which would be expected at age 70-75 and beyond.
