Emg, ncv, mri, mra, bloodwork all negative. neuro exam negative besides bfs syndrome and anxiety. tongue twitches when resting in mouth should i be worried it happens once or twice a day. is this norm?

BFS: If your EMG study was done by a competent person of three limbs and the face, then i agree with the diagnosis of bfs and you need not worry.

Benign neglect: Your tongue twitches in the mouth 1-2x/day and neurological workup has been unrevealing? If so, i'd agree with benign fasciculation syndrome (bfs). Medication side effects, nutritional deficiencies (eg magnesium), exposure to organophosphates are known to be related. People who engage in heavy duty exercise who later develop essential tremor can have bfs earlier.
