A member asked:

Hi doctor, i am male, 41 yrs, my mri report says "3rd & lateral ventricles, cortical sulci & sylvian fissures are mildly prominent" is it alarming?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No significance: This is called an incidental finding seen on your MRI, it would need to be correlated by your ordering physician with any physical problem you were having,,but by itself is not suggestive of problems.
