Not indicative, not ruling out it either. When a tumor marker is checked like in your case, the ordering physician would be best to place it in clinical context and remains your best reference. The slight bump in ALT may be from alcohol, try to abstain for at least a week prior to next blood draw.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not indicative of cancer and do not rule it out either. Stay away from alcohol, it is a poison. Wish you good health!
