Test for what? Cancer? Unlikely! Alcohol via enema is just another method of alcohol exposure/intake. While potentially irritating to the tissue it self heals easily. As long as you have stopped taking alcohol through any orifice, it is okay. You need to find out if you are B12 deficient. Unless you have malabsorption you are unlikely to be deficient. If you have malabsorption, B12 would be one of many things you may be deficient in. It would be prudent to see a doctor.
