Neuropathy: Get with a physician who knows how to test you for a peripheral neuropathy. B12 deficiency doesn't usually act like this, the neuropathy being more about numbness and weakness, but it's good to check all adults from time to time. On the way, get a syphilis test. Trusting you do not have diabetes. Best wishes.

B12 deficiency?: If it may be related to B12 deficiency, this should be treated and blood levels should be rechecked along with folic acid and methylmalonic acid levels. If levels are normalized and symptoms improve, then that may be the answer.
