Vitamin B 12 Level: I admire you for your concern for Health.
Normal values are 200 - 900 picograms per milliliter (pg/mL)
Some Labs may have higher range of Normal level.
High levels of vitamin B12 can occur in liver disease and some types of Leukemia, however vitamin B12 test is not usually used to diagnose these problems.
