Since 2-3 months i have a lump 10x12cm on the thigh. echotomography results are non vasularized, non encapsulated fat tissue. afraid of lypocarcoma and of biopsy. is deep echo imaging good enough? is mr a gold standard diagnosis? shoud it be removed?
