Yes, but consider...: Yes, a ct biopsy can result in scar. However, the L3 nerve root supplies sensation to the anterior thigh. Most likely there is swelling around or irritation of this nerve root which could be expected after this procedure. If it doesn't resolve within a couple weeks, see your md.
