I have 95kg,1.60cm hight, 50yrs. i have 2 growths on my thigh above the knee, both of about 12 cm. on a deep echography they told me that i have non-encapsulated non-vascularized fatty tissue, what happens in the future with such growths? dangereous?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, and physical examination, however, what you described is unlikely to have any consequences. If the "growths" double in size, ulcerate, more growths appear or you lose weight, see a doctor/ Wish you good health!
