Calf injury a week ago, causing circular contusion 4 inches wide. bruising is fading but a lump 1.5 inches long and .5 inch wide has developed two days ago deep in leg. i have mild aa and pnh, blood work good last month. concerned about a blood clot?

Blood clots in deep veins are not palpable. Good chance it is a hematoma (collection of blood) from the injury which will slowly get smaller and harder and get absorbed. If worried see your doc for exam.
