Lipoma: Sounds like they may be lipomas which are benign encapsulated accumulations of fat. Many people have them and they do not require any intervention unless they are so large they are cosmetically unappealing or pressing on a nerve and causing pain. An examination by your provider can confirm this is the case. Very rarely is any additional testing needed to make this diagnosis.
