What is the most likely cause of inflammation and very high calprotectin in a 25 year old. i have no symptoms of ibd apart from the occasional constipation. worried about cancer. getting urgent colonoscopy and scared?

As you've already been advised, cancer is exceedingly unlikely at your age, and does not cause elevated calprotectin. Without more symptoms, it is difficult to guess at the reason for "urgent" colonoscopy. Discuss with your doctor. Good luck.
