I had a 0.7x0.4x0.2 sessile serrated adenoma removed from my acending colon last year- i am only 27 no history of cancer in family. how often should i get colonoscopies- i also have chronic constipation?

Colon polyp: Ask your gasteroenterologist, who scoped you. He/she should provide you the answer for repeat colonoscopy, but it is probably no more than 3 years since the last one.

Add fiber: The doctor who did your scope should have suggested time for next c-scope. I would say no longer than 3 yrs. Increase fiber in your diet -add daily dose of metamucil or equivalent. Keep hydrated. This will help.
