I should be around 5 weeks pregnant my hcg levels went from 155 on sunday at 730 pm, to 277 on tuesday at 9 am, to 298 today (thursday) at 2 pm.. i had some spotting on tuesday and i also have a hematoma in my uterus, are my levels normal?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, in a normal pregnancy, HCG levels double every 2-3 days. You should consult your doctor for an assessment. Wish you good health!

The HCG levels are not rising as quickly as they normally would (doubling every 2 to 3 days is expected) and the spotting and reported hematoma are also a concern. It is also not clear from the information provided if a pregnancy has been definitely identified within the uterus. Call your doctor (or 911) immediately if you develop sudden pain, dizziness, lightheadedness.
