6wks pregnant, no gestational sac in tubes or uterus based off 2 u/s. 5 weeks hcg level at 1100, at 6wks 1900. possible i ovulated later & see sac soon?

It's possible. . .: Usually we see a gestational sac in the uterus by the time your HCG level is 1200, but it's harder to see in the tubes. The HCG level also usually doubles every 2-3 days, and yours only went up a little over the course of a week. So those are both concerning signs. Even if your timing is off, the numbers are odd. Did anyone check a Progesterone level? That can help us with a diagnosis sometimes.
