6 weeks pregnant, lmp was jan 30. two u/s showed no gestational sac in uterus or tubes. hcg level is 1900. can i have ovulated later &see a sac soon?

Missing sac: With the elevation of your HCG value, there are three possibilities, 1. ) a missed abortion 2) an incomplete abortion 3.) ectopic pregnancy. Talk to your md about ruling in or out these issues.
