3 positive blood pregnant test. Urine negative. No uterus, ovaries, cervix. Why. Phantom hcg?

HCG at 6w pregnant: HCG levels increase rapidly in the early stages of intrauterine pregnancy. Visualization of the gestational sac is reassuring, however a later ultrasound will reveal the fetal heart beat (in a couple more weeks).

Probably not: In younger women congestive dysmenorrhea can be very severe just before and the first 1-2 days of the cycle. If the symptoms are so severe consider using oral contraceptives which will relieve the symptoms. Talk to your gynecologist about it.

Doctor can evaluate: Extreme fatigue by itself is not normal and needs an evaluation. A primary care doctor can look for causes such as anemia, cancer, infections, hormonal imbalances, etc... Significant anemia (not enough blood) or thyroid hormone problems are two of the many possible causes. One can write down a list of symptoms, with a brief description of each, to take to the doctor.

Hair Loss: Hair loss associated with weight loss is most likely due to a nutritional deficiency. It is highly unlikely that it is related to your liver.
