If it did not pass or, if you make more, they may get stuck. Has it passed? i have patients strain urine to catch stone for analysis. Then best preventative Rx can be chosen. Can repeat X-ray. I have told many men that the pain is a bad as child birth. But have never asked a woman who had had both. If you have done both let us know hw th. You can put it into the form of a question,

The surest way to tell is by x-ray or CT. you should urinate thru a strainer to catch a stone or gravel if passed to have it analyzed. Your chances of getting another stone is slightly higher than normal. Best is to drink plenty of water and stay under care of a Urologist. good luck
