I have a 5mm stone in the distal ureter as of xray 1 week ago. no flank pain, just occasional burning in bladder with some blood. will it pass? been 2 weeks total. how long should i give it to pass?

Stone: High chance for 5 mm stone to pass. Need to be in touch with urologist. Lots of fluid, pain medication if needed. Some urologist prescribe " muscle relaxant" to increse the chance of stone to pass.
