I was diagoned with 5mm kidney stone stuck in left ureter with .my urologist give me urorec 8mg alpha blocker.from six days i dont have any pain but have some gastric discomfort and side pain with loose motion..is my stone psssed away or still stuck?

If feeling OK then no worries. Strain your urine if it has not passed yet so it can be analyzed to see kind and select best treatment to prevent. Only an x-ray can really tell assuming it is radio opaque.
