A good clean catch mid stream urine should not show too many red cells. Check with local Dr what is normal in people like you who live where you live and have collected a clean catch midstream urine like you did.

It is likely that urine was contaminated with vaginal fluid. Next time you collect urine for testing follow clean catch protocol: Female clean catch urine https://patienteducation.osumc.edu/Documents/cl-ca-fe.pdf Wish you good health!
