Routine. urine lab results show color red but sample looked clear, blood small, slight cloudy and few bacteria, all else neg. no rbc found. should this be tested again or is this a normal test?

Any Blood in the urine must be fully investigated..Some people may have microscopic henaturia(blood seen under a microscope ) and could be nothing serious…However, you should see a Urologist, but before that get a urine culture ,urine cytology. Checking fir cancer…Hopefully, a rectal exam was done as well, checking your Prostate…A Urologist may probably want a X-ray and do cystoscopy of bladder.
