Ua report says negative for high grade urothelial carcinoma, neutrophils present, abundant benign squamous cells. rbc 3-5, wbc 0-5 blood small. all else neg. what does this mean? is this cancer related ? should i be worried?

It would have been good if you indicated why the urinalysis was done. I hope you are still going to see your doctor for follow up. The test may have been reported that way, but it shows nothing to be concerned or alarmed about. There is no evidence of cancer based on this UA.

If you had this urine test done because you had had blood in the urine (either with naked eyes, i.e. macroscopic or it was only detected by urine test, i.e. microscopic hematuria), you may need cystoscopic exam to rule out bladder lesion because urine pathology is not sensitive enough to rule out urinary cancer. Small blood by dipstick and 3-5 RBCs are not entirely normal if the first test was (+)

Suggest you see a Urologist who may do further testing eg ultra sound or CT with or without Cystoscopy depending on findings. It may or maybe not be related to cancer. Don't worry there are problems and their solutions.
