Had [2] urine cytology= atypical urothelial cells, rbc, neutrophils. had[2] cturogram= all ok but mildly large prostate, mild bladder circumferential wall thickening. all blood work and urine cultures ok. had cyctoscopy=all ok. what is my next step?

It sounds like everything is normal except the mild prostate enlargement, which also probably would be considered normal at your age. You don't say what symptoms you have, but they and the test results should be discussed with your urologist. Good luck.

I understand that a urine cytology test can identify abnormal cells from the bladder. Could you tell me whether it can also detect abnormal cells from the prostate gland?
What other tests can be done for urethra/penis pain? Neg urine analysis, semen culture, and cystoscopy last year, as well as neg prostate/bladder son.
