Good morning. is it normal to have urothelial cells and squamous cells present in urine? my cytology report says that i am negative for urothelial carcinoma but that there are urothelial cells and squamous cells present with no other elaborations?

These cells are typically skin contaminants in the urine specimen. It usually means your skin touched the specimen cup during the collection of the urine specimen. It is not unusual for this to happen. Good luck to you!
