When i stand up, my left testical seems to be filled with fluid, it almost looks like a third testical. i'm not sure of the specific name, but the "cord" is the thing that is being filled?

It is not possible to give you a accurate diagnosis with this description as it could be one of many things (Hydrocele, Spermatocele, Varicocele). Pl get checked by your MD or Urologist

Masses in the testicular area can be attributed to varicoceles, hydroceles, epididymal cysts, epididymitis/orchitis, hernias or cancer. Any unusual masses in the testicular area need a thorough in person exam to evaluate position, density, connections, texture and tenderness. An ultrasound may be needed to see the composition of the mass. Labwork can check for infection. It may require surgery
