I am observing a cyst in my scrotum under left testicle? i tried to aspirate this , there was small quantity of yellowish fluid , after this cyst become so smal but after two days i come again and filled like air in that, what is this? is it serious?

It is dangerous to do what you did. It could be a Hydrocele if inside the scrotum. Pl see a Urologist for correct diag. and treatment. Wish you well
