Can a transvaginal ultrasound show female organ cancers (uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, cervix, and vagina)? Mine was clear except for a cyst rupture. My doctor doesnt seemed worried even though 2 months without a period. Im beyond worried.

I went to a doctor for pelvic pain and two periods a month he did an ultrasound and he detected many cysts on both my ovaries he gave flunazol and yaz but now I finished the flunazol and I still have pain in my pelvic is it pid?
