Depends: As long as those septations are thin, very thin, no. But the thicker they get the more attention they draw as they may be worrisome. Endometrial thickness depends on hormones. So if you still have a period, then maybe not

I did an ultrasound and the results show uterus is heterogeneous and is 12.1 x 9.2 x 8.2 cm. Endometrium measures 7 mm in AP thickness, left ovary 7.9 cc and right ovary 3.3 cc. 3 fibroids - 5.2 x 3.7 cm, 7.1 x 5.7 & 6.8 cm. what does all of this mea?
