No worries, normal: The scan you describe is normal. They describe the ovaries as normal (having multiple follicles versus a mass etc.). The uterus is normal size and it is rv which stands for retroverted. That means it is tilted toward the back of your pelvis and is otherwise not important (its just the way you're built). The endometrium is the lining of your uterus and the thickness measurement is also normal.
