My wife is postmenopausal, after a serious bleed 2 weeks ago an ultrasound identified she has two polyps, she had them removed yesterday and was told one was very dense with a lot of blood vessels is this likely to be a cancer? results due in 2 wks?

It is difficult to say. pl wait for the biopsy and lets hope and pray it comes back ok.
