32 yr old female. found 1cm uterine polyp 4 yrs ago during us because midcycle bleeding. never removed it. had two babies in 2018 and 2021. after each kid i had one episode of midcycle bleeding. my last us said polyp shrunk. is that a sign no cancer?

It is surprising that the polyp persisted through two pregnancies and deliveries. If it has become smaller in size it is not cancer. However, it would still be advisable to have it removed.
