Intermittent: Bleeding form polyps is intermittent and depends on the size and type of polyp. That is why yearly testing is recommended. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

I noticed occasional mucus/blood only if im straining hard 3 times so far in a year & half. if I stay ontop of everything I get no mucus,blood or hard stools. I did two FIT tests in a year, both negative. Is it safe to say no colon cancer?
