My periods are pretty normal with heaviest days on day 1&2 occasionally. i do also have mid cycle bleeding /spotting occasionally too. i had two ultrasounds suggesting possible polyp. i hope it's wrong. do polyps always have heavy bleeding?

Other testing: Polyps are easy to find and easy to remove. Ask your doctor for a saline infused sonohystogram or a hysteroscopy. Either of these could determine if a polyp is present. Polyp removals are quite simple. They can often be done in the office or as an outpatient surgery
